Each Development workshop is designed to be an 8 hour course, however we have the ability to break that into 2 half day sessions or as the customer needs. Each course comes with:

The Founder
Sheltric is not just another professional in the field of leadership development – his 30+ years of service as a Naval Officer, coupled with his Maxwell Leadership Team membership, make him an inspirational and motivational visionary, fully equipped with unmatched leadership skills. As the founder of Intent To Launch Leadership (ITL), he is dedicated to sharing his expertise with organizational leaders, school educators, and students alike, helping them to acquire the soft skills needed for success in the workplace and in life.
Sheltric's passion for people informs all that he does, and his extensive background in leadership training and development as a Leader, Instructor, and Facilitator, has primed him to drive productivity, performance, and profitability for individuals and teams wherever he serves. From an Enlisted Sailor straight out of High School to Naval Officer he served and led in every conflict between 1990 through 2020. Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Desert Fox, Bosnia, Kosovo, The War on Terror, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherit Resolve and Iraqi Freedom and where he spent six months on the ground in Iraq. His last tour was Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group Norfolk Virgina where he served as the head Aviation Ordnance Weapons Officer for the US Navy P-3/P-8 Anti-Submarine aircraft fleet. In March 2020, he retired as a Lieutenant Commander of 30 years. Since retirement he has been awarded the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph R Biden, Jr for the work he has done in the community with The Salt and Pepper Gang. Additionally, he has been recognized by Giving Leadership Opportunities To Women (G.L.O.W Dallas). His certifications in consulting, facilitating, speaking, training, and coaching make him the perfect candidate for those in search of a credible expert in their organization's leadership development journey.
